EverGreen is seeking an inside sales representative to grow and maintain customer base.

Job Description: Inside Sales Representative


Hours per week:

  • 20-29


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as e-mail and social media to introduce our company and identify appropriate decision makers within the target market.

  • Strategize, manage, and perform research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential leads.

  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM database, ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (SharePoint, Word, and Excel), and Salesforce software in order to communicate, strategize, manage, and collaborate.

  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

  • Create and track sales campaigns and deliver weekly reports to Office Administrator.

  • Support proposal process as required

Required Experience:
  • 1-3 years in telemarketing and/or inside sales experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed set standards for sales and activity quotas

  • College degree preferred

  • Exceptional phone skills and work ethic

  • Have a positive, "Can Do" attitude.

  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and follow up.

  • Ability to generate accurate, timely and quality reports

  • Successful completion of background check is required
