EverGreen is seeking an inside sales representative to grow and maintain customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:
-
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as e-mail and social media to introduce our company and identify appropriate decision makers within the target market.

Strategize, manage, and perform research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential leads.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM database, ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (SharePoint, Word, and Excel), and Salesforce software in order to communicate, strategize, manage, and collaborate.

Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Create and track sales campaigns and deliver weekly reports to Office Administrator.

Support proposal process as required

Required Experience:
-
1-3 years in telemarketing and/or inside sales experience preferred
-
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed set standards for sales and activity quotas

College degree preferred

Exceptional phone skills and work ethic

Have a positive, "Can Do" attitude.

Self-starter with a sense of urgency and follow up.

Ability to generate accurate, timely and quality reports

Successful completion of background check is required
